• “ØVYN,” “we,” “us” = ØVYN, operated via Shopify.
• “You,” “customer,” “user” = any person visiting our website or placing an order.
• “Services” = the webshop, products, content, and all features offered by ØVYN.

• Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
• All prices are listed in EUR, including VAT (unless otherwise stated).
• Payments are processed exclusively through secure payment providers supported by Shopify.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We usually process and ship orders within 2–5 business days.
• Free shipping applies as stated on our website.
• Any courier delays are beyond our responsibility, but we will gladly assist you in tracking your order.
• International orders may incur customs duties or import taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Returns & Cancellations

• You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason (right of withdrawal).
• Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
